Andji Consulting presents its mindset in front of the BBCC community. Here are the key points CEO Martin Stoyanov shared:
‘Andji Consulting is a combination from a experienced business process advisory and strong technical capability.
We have three major believes shaping our strategic mindset:
1. Selling is a function of a long term client engagement. When you lead your partners to innovation ideas, it grows like a tree and then you can easily berry the fruits of it.
2. Experience Management is a key enabler for a competitive advantage. We need to take inform decisions and improving the quality of our services and products, while using our clients sentiment and perception as a key success factor. It needs to happen faster and on scale, considering the single point of experience rather average feedback of good and bad experience in the standard survey practice. Gathering surveys represents the ‘Waterfall’ in Experience Management. While some companies prepare a survey for 3 months and then gather the results for another 3, we are able to realize thousands of feedback sessions every day with the end-users using direct communication channels and analyze them immediately.
3. The next layer of competition is driven by productivity. The strategy of achieving same productivity targets with less costs is exhausted. The new layer of competition will shift the focus from cost optimization to productivity boost, where we are no longer measuring our effectiveness trough FTE optimizations but from the ability of every organization to drastically increase productivity by keeping and optimizing costs. The term FTE is replaced by the term Full Time Productivity (FTP).”
